Ivel U16 17 vs Swanage & Wareham U16 0. Ivel U16 played their last game as Juniors in glorious weather and with good fast paced flowing rugby. A good win to finish. Well done U16.

Ivel U7 vs Weymouth vs Teddington At Weymouth. Two good games to finish the U7 season today. The team has really developed, especially with the introduction of new players. Well done U7, great season.

Ivel U15 19 vs North Dorset U15 24 Away. This short notice game meant that Ivel only had 15 players available and so had many players out of normal positions, but they played some fantastic rugby and were only just beaten.

Ivel 81 vs Westbury 0. This game had a close beginning where both teams were pressing for scores. Ivel's great defence enabled them to keep a clean sheet as they opened their account and then really took it to Westbury. Ivel try clips on report page.
Ivel 2XV 0 vs Chard 2XV 48. The 2XV put up a valiant fight but could not contain the Chard attack. A pitch move was needed due to an injury to an Ivel player but this did not break the Chard game.
Ivel U7 vs Midsomer Norton U7 Away. The U7 played against THREE separate MSN U7 teams on Sunday. They put up a good showing despite the tiring effort. Well played team.
Ivel U15 vs North Dorset U15 Away. A big Ivel squad turned up at North Dorset and everyone played their part in this hard fought game which Ivel won. Great effort lads.
Bournemouth 3XV 48 vs Ivel 14. Despite the scoreline, this was a really high quality rugby match. Bournemouth were moving the ball with high speed, accuracy and power but Ivel stepped up and managed to cross the line for two converted tries. Ivel try clips on report page.
Ivel U12 vs N Petherton U12 vs Minehead U12 Away. Two good games for the U12 at North Petherton on Sunday. Well done to the Ivel players who helped make up the other teams.

Ivel U7 vs Castle Cary U7 Away. Thrilling rugby played in the best spirit of the game. Who needs the six nations, it doesn't get any better than this. Great play team.

Swanage & Wareham 2XV 30 vs Ivel 12. A bitterly cold day for rugby saw Ivel start well and then falter for a while before coming back strong at the end.
Ivel U7 vs Chard U7 vs Frome U7. A great day's rugby. Unfortunately, Frome couldn't make a team to play their second game so Ivel played Chard twice instead.
Frome U14 vs Ivel U14. A fantastic team performance from the U14 in their first game for two months. Frome kept at it and could have scored but for loose handling.
Crewkerne 48 vs Ivel 2XV 0. The 2XV had another hard game against local rivals Crewkerne. The 2XV played with heart but Crewkerne came out winners. The score was a lot less than the last time these sides met.
Westbury 3 vs Ivel 10. A hard fought match on a pitch that started semi-frozen, but soon became sticky and heavy, meant that Ivel had to play with determination and heart to overcome the home side. Ivel try clips on report page.
Ivel U7 At The Ivel Mini Festival. A great team effort in deteriorating conditions saw the U7's win their group unbeaten. A tired team made a valiant effort in the next stage but were just beaten. Good effort team
Ivel 2XV 0 vs Castle Cary 75. The 2XV had a torrid time against the unbeaten league leaders today. In spite of the scoreline, the 2XV never gave up. Great heart lads.

Somerton 5 vs Ivel 2XV 5. A great result for the 2XV who were very unlucky not to win this match as two tries were disallowed. A much changed line up and increased numbers has made this a stronger team.
Ivel U12 vs Bridport U12. Dorchester couldn't make the three way due to team illness but this was a great performance from the Ivel U12, their first match for a while due to the weather.

Blandford 37 vs Ivel 7. A bad day for Ivel compounded by the difficulties in finding the right changing room until 30 mins before kick off. Blandford played good rugby and deserved the win. Ivel U12 At The Midsomer Norton Tournament. U12s were runners up in the Midsomer Norton Tournament today winning 4 of their 6 matches, drawing 1 and losing to the tournament winners Chew. It was an excellent performance with all the squad players contributing throughout.

1XV 25 vs Wimborne 2XV 25. This was a really hard fought, could of gone either way encounter between two teams fully committed to fast flowing rugby. Although a very tense game it was an absolute delight to watch. Video clips on report page.

1XV 51 vs Frome 2XV 16. This was the first game of the season for the 1XV and although they haven't played much together yet they looked good. The pack was strong and free flowing moves came from the backs. A good start to the season. Video clips on report page.
2XV 20 vs Minehead 2XV 42. The 2XV put up a fight in this match which was marred unfortunately by a bad injury to Chris Ashford. Hope the knee isn't too bad Chris
Colts U17/18 vs Combe Down U17/18/19. The Ivel lads put up a really good showing for the first session but even though for the second and third session Combe Down insisted on playing the older age group, the Ivel lads still performed well.
