Ivel started this game playing the first quarter up the hill and struggled against the Bridgwater pack who took full advantage of the slope. The backs worked well and the game was played end to end when Ivel had a break with Andy Forsey going over which he converted into a 7 – 0 lead.

The second quarter Ivel got to grips with the game and started to run some great attacks on Bridgwater. Tries began to come with Andy picking up another two tries, Billy Carter and Kieran Maggs one a piece. All were converted by Andy.

The slope seems to give sides a real advantage and Bridgwater came back into the game in the third quarter but after playing well were unfortunately unable to cross the line. Ivel however managed to pick up one more try with Jordon Bishop and Andy stepping up with another conversion. 42 - 0

The final quarter saw one more try for Ivel from Kyle Bishop this time converted by Ben Tipler. Both sides played well and the result did not reflect some of the good rugby that Bridgwater demonstrated. Well done Ivel for a great result. Final score Ivel 49 – Bridgwater & Albion 0
